Functional fitness, unlike classic bodybuilding training, takes a complex view of the human body and emphasizes complex exercises. The functional training program regularly includes bodyweight exercises such as pull-ups, push-ups, push-ups or squats.
At The Brick, we work with the most modern and exciting functional fitness equipment, in a pleasant and practical environment, in an easily accessible location.
Just like building a wall, building muscles and a proportional, fit body requires strong foundations, precise work and perseverance.
Everything at The Brick is for your convenience. You can register for our functional gym with a few clicks via the Gymbase phone application, from which you can then buy a casual ticket or pass at any time.

Cross - training
Cross Training is an intense form of training that combines functional movements with elements of different sports, such as weightlifting, gymnastics and cardio training. Many people like this sport because the workouts are varied. There is no one to whom we would not recommend cross training. Anyone can try it, regardless of gender, age or body type. The goal is to increase performance in different areas, such as strength, endurance, speed and flexibility. The social nature of Cross Training is also important, as you often work in groups, pairs or teams during the workouts, which has a motivating effect on the participants. The training ends with the WOD (Workout of the Day), where the participants aim to achieve the best possible time or performance.
TRX
Kettlebells and Olympic bars are not your thing? Then TRX is for you! We use a suspension (strap) to move your body using full-body resistance. You can achieve spectacular results very quickly, and just like in our other group classes, a good atmosphere is guaranteed here too.
Mobility
It aims to increase joint range of motion, reduce the risk of injury, and promote good posture. Mobility training typically involves a variety of stretching and mobilization exercises that help to relax the body's muscles and joints and improve movement patterns.
Beginner classes
Beginner cross-training groups start March in our family-friendly functional gym.
Dates:
5-week course, 2 times a week. There is a one-time replacement option if you couldn't come for some reason. The price of the beginner's course: HUF 28,000. All cross-trainers receive a certificate and The Brick t-shirt as a gift.
We will introduce you to the basics of functional training and exercises step by step:
to be able to train safely with the right weights for you and to understand the essence of the functional form of training;
to learn the path to healthy body awareness; so you can join The Brick's super-atmospheric cross-training and other classes.

Anyone can come to The Brick without any hesitation and no prior knowledge of functional fitness is required. Everyone is welcomed into an open, friendly sports environment, with returning guests who come to work out to achieve better shape and a better sense of well-being.
